Avidd Community Services of New Jersey, Inc proudly serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Bergen, Morris, Warren and Somerset Counties. Our residential and community-based programs are designed to foster independence, build life skills, and support individuals in leading meaningful, self-directed lives. As an Assistant Residential Manager (Basking Ridge), you will play a key role in supporting the individuals we serve. Encourage and support our individuals with independent living skills. Assist the Group Home Manager with supervision of staff, running and managing the physical home, providing care to the clients, reviewing MARs and ISP data. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about caring for others.
SHIFT HOURS
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 3pm-11pm & Friday 8am-4pm. (Subject to change.)
Locations:
Basking Ridge, NJ.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required. 2+ years of group home leadership experience. Knowledge and understanding of the IDD community and services. Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo pre-employment requirements. Therapist experience a plus.

$19.50-22.50
