We are seeking an experienced, driven Property Manager to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of property management experience and be ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and make a real impact on the success of their community. With over a decade of premier property management experience and a growing portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic region, we're looking for a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented leader to oversee an assigned multifamily residential property. This role is key to driving resident satisfaction, property performance, revenue, and overall asset value while providing opportunities to grow alongside a company that continues to expand.

Salary:

$30.00 - $35.00 an hour + commissions Property Manager responsibilities: Manage all aspects of assigned property Oversee and lead property's personnel and assess their performance Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants Negotiate leases/contracts with prospects/contractors in a timely and reliable manner Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities Property Manager requirements: Proven work experience as a property manager Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software Customer focus and bottom-line orientation Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills Well-organized with excellent time management skills Property Manager benefits: Health Dental Vision
