Job Description
Entry-Level Leasing Assistant
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Location
- Irvington, NJ Hourly rate
- $22•24/hr Position Type•Temp to Hire PrideStaff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Leasing Assistant to join a property management firm in Irvington, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Relations:
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Leasing Support:
Assist the Leasing Manager with all aspects of the leasing process, including initial inquiries, application processing, background checks, and lease preparation.Property Tours:
Conduct professional and engaging property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and community amenities.Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files (both physical and digital), schedule appointments, and assist with general office duties.Marketing Assistance:
Help update online listings, prepare marketing materials, and ensure the leasing office and vacant units are presentable.Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!Skills:
Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a significant plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is beneficial.Attributes:
Professional demeanor, high energy level, and a strong work ethic. Must be reliable and punctual.Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.Compensation & Benefits:
Starting Wage:
$20+ per hour, depending on experience.Schedule:
