Job Description

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and experiencd Program Supervisor to join our team at a residential group home in Florham Park, NJ, supporting adults with developmental disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys making a meaningful difference in the lives of others while providing leadership and support to a dedicated residential staff team. This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Operations, Director of Operations and the Senior Management team. This is a forty-hour per week Supervisor position that will require you to assume managerial duties at our Rumson home as well as our other Ocean County residential homes as needed. The set shift is 4 weekdays 12pm-8pm and one weekend day 9am-5pm. You will be required to oversee the daily operational oversight of a residential program servicing individuals with autism and other related developmental disabilities. You will also be responsible for providing direct oversight to the direct care professionals and the Assistant Program Supervisor. Must have five years of Program Supervisorial experience within a residential program supporting individuals with autism and other intellectual disabilities. Examples of Responsibilities:
To ensure the safety and well-being of each service recipient under the guidance of Fordham-Lewis, Consulting, LLC. Provide leadership, direction, and support to the residential staff Promote a safe, respectful, comfortable, and positive home environment Coordinate staff schedules and help ensure adequate staffing coverage Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed Maintain accurate documentation, records, and required reports Ensure compliance with the agency policies, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations Communicate effectively with families, guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, and other professionals

$56,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
