The successful candidate must have prior community association management experience and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with Boards of Trustees, homeowners, contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the community, coordinating maintenance and capital improvement projects, preparing Board meeting materials, enforcing governing documents, managing vendor contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of community association management experience required CMCA designation preferred Strong knowledge of condominium/homeowners association operations and governing documents Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Highly organized with strong problem-solving and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HOA management software experience is a plus Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package based on experience and qualifications.
