Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of one to four programs in a community including organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, and implementation, health care, advocacy, stakeholder relations, regulatory compliance, recruiting, retention, staffing, training, safety, financial management, and maintenance of the physical environment. Manage program staff members including performance evaluations, scheduling, and orientation. Make recommendations and/or decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, corrective action, and terminations. Manage the implementation of program planning; monitor delivery of services and supports; ensure services are consistent, engaging, and relevant to the individuals served. Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with families, caregivers, community organizations, and funding agencies to enhance collaboration and support networks Oversee program budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to sustain organizational growth and stability Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and best practices in behavioral health and social work Lead efforts in community outreach to raise awareness about the program's services and expand its impact. Assists in the development of policies, procedures and methods of operation in accordance with Federal, State, City and agency regulations. Conducts meetings on a regularly scheduled basis to disseminate information pertinent to the operation of the program and agency. Ensures coordination between transportation and program operations. Oversees all support services within the facility, i.e., housekeeping, storeroom, building maintenance, which includes all outside contracts (security, pest control, business machines, HVAC contracts). Bachelors Degree required with at least 5 years working in the Human Services Field. Clear Criminal Background Favorable Physical/TB Ability to travel
Certification, License, Registration :
Driver's license valid in the state of New Jersey, plus three years driving history and a driving record in good standing.
