Job Description

Temporary Full-Time Community Manager Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a temporary full-time position. The manager will oversee two townhome communities one of which is active adult. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and property-management skills. Responsibilities include daily community operations, resident and Board communications, vendor coordination, property inspections, work-order follow-up, and oversight of ongoing projects.

$80,000 annually Prior community association management experience Active-adult community experience is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills required
