Job Description
Responsibilities Oversees the daily functions of the group home by ensuring consumers are provided a safe, clean, and adequate living environment Provides assigned direct care staff with continuous supervision and completes staff performance evaluations Ensures the implementation of service plan goals and interventions and provides case management services Manages the monthly program schedule to meet all coverage needs for assigned group home Participates in the development of all consumer related activities Qualifications BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, or a related field BA in unrelated field with two years of previous experience AA with two years of experience in mental health/human services One-year experience working in a residential mental health setting required Relevant supervisory experience preferred Valid Driver's license Location Morris Plains, New Jersey Employment Type Full-Time Pay $53,200 annual salary Shift Four days 8am-4pm, one day 11am-7pm Three days 8am-4pm, two days 10am-6pm What We Offer Competitive pay that values your experience and dedication Exceptional health benefits - over 90% of medical and dental premiums covered, plus free vision insurance Employer contribution to your 403(b) retirement plan after one year of employment Generous paid time off package, including vacation, personal and sick days. 10 paid holidays plus 2 discretionary days provided by CBH Care Opportunities for clinical supervision for licensed staff Career growth and professional development opportunities within a supportive, mission-driven organization.
