Full Time Onsite Community Administrator

Job Description

Taylor Management Company is seeking a professional, organized, and personable Full-Time On-Site Community Administrator for a condominium community located in Morris Plains, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with residents, vendors, the Community Manager, and Board members in a busy on-site environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as a primary point of contact for residents and respond to general inquiries Answer phones, emails, and resident correspondence in a professional and timely manner Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day community operations Prepare and process work orders and follow up with vendors and residents Maintain community records, files, correspondence, and administrative documentation Assist with resident notices, mailings, meeting materials, and community communications Coordinate vendor access, appointments, and scheduling as needed Track maintenance requests and outstanding items through completion Assist with homeowner account inquiries and general administrative matters Provide administrative support for Board and community meetings Maintain a professional and welcoming on-site management office
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or customer service experience required Condominium, HOA, property management, or real estate experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on open items Professional and courteous when dealing with residents, Board members, and vendors Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable learning property management software and other office systems Ability to work independently while supporting the Community Manager
