May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Property Manager:
Luxury rental, 100+ units Seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential facilities. In this role, you will lead facilities management teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and coordinate maintenance activities to keep properties running smoothly. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and enhance tenant or occupant satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your management expertise and technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence in property oversight. Should know PTEC units. Help with Move-Ins and outs. Responsibilities Manage and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical systems, plumbing, and low/high voltage systems. Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting. Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inspections, and maintenance history. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for staff. Manage facilities maintenance budgets, schedules, and project timelines while prioritizing urgent repairs and long-term upgrades. Skills Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance teams. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in HVAC system repair, electrical systems—including high voltage—and plumbing system maintenance. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, Ohmmeter usage, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and safety procedures related to facilities management.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
