The Case Manager promotes client wellness and recovery through daily living skills training, group activities, supportive counseling, medication management, and psychiatric rehabilitation services. In this rewarding role, you'll work directly with clients to promote wellness, independence, and recovery while helping create a safe, supportive, and welcoming residential environment. Key Responsibilities Provide supervision, support, and psychiatric rehabilitation services to residential clients. Participate in the development and implementation of individualized Treatment Plans. Coordinate and document medical care, benefits, appointments, and psychiatric services. Provide medication oversight and support. Maintain facility safety and compliance. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Assist with staff scheduling and residential program operations. Operate a motor vehicle as required.
Position Details Full-time:
40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, day to mid-day hours
Hourly Rate:
$20.75 Valid driver's license: Preferred and must meet Agency Auto Insurer requirements. Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in mental health, health, human services, or a related field; or A combination of college education and related work/life experience totaling four years, including at least one year of related experience; or High school diploma/equivalent plus four years of related work or life experience in psychology.
Additional requirement:
At least one year of experience in a residential mental health setting for all categories. CPR/First Aid certification is required before providing services independently and must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Training will be provided if needed.
