Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for orientation, supervising, and training of staff Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations Maintain household operating budgets and bookkeeping system Maintain appropriate client files, records, and reports Coordinate and maintain all home staff schedules Attend medical appointments for residents Ensure staff compliance with all required trainings Plan and participate in community outings with residents Implement house rules and procedures related to safety, security, and individuals' rights Ensure appropriate hygiene and appearance of residents Maintain the up keep and cleanliness of the community residence.
