Alfa Services is seeking a highly motivated Residential Supervisor for two adults with IDD in a delightful atmosphere. Shift - 2pm to 10pm Monday through Friday. Must be flexible and on-call. Responsibilities of program operations, programmatic administrative tasks, oversee programs compliance with DDD regulations, training and supervision of staff, management of clients' benefits, scheduling, on-call responsibilities. Qualified candidate must have supervisory experience and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to supervise staff by providing continuous coaching, feedback and guidance as well as achieving the highest standards of excellence to ensure that each individual served is provided with meaningful and respectful care appropriate to their needs. Qualifications Must have a car, valid New Jersey driver's license, registration and insurance. Successfully complete on bording documents.
