Job Overview Seeking an experienced and proven agency manager to run the daily operations of an Allstate Insurance Agency. You must be able to provide statistics and prove your prior experience and success running another Allstate agency. You must hold a valid insurance license and Allstate binding authority is preferred. You will manage a team of 15+ people. You must be punctual and reliable, willing to work hard to drive the sales team into success and meet bonus and production requirements. $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
