Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Handle all activities with apartment leasing, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals and manage operations. Provides high quality resident services and convey resident service requests to the maintenance team, provide maintenance reporting, and documenting resident interactions. Proficient in the on-site community management computer program, timely-accurate reporting, and vendor contract negotiation. Gather and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive market analysis, market trends and marketing execution including all aspects of print, social media and internet promotions. Develop new resident awareness and resident retention strategies. Maintaining and coordinating property maintenance. Ensures staff performance of duties on a timely basis. Responsible for hiring, training, supervising, developing and termination all on-siter personnel. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the apartment industry. Successfully pass background checks and pre-employment drug screening. Must be a TEAM player with the ability to work independently. Strong mathematical skills. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality on personal as well as professional level. Computer skill, excellent written and verbal skills, self-motivated, goal oriented, team player, problem solver with high energy.
