Key Responsibilities:
Support daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and administrative functions. Deliver personalized, professional, and responsive service to residents and guests. Assist with team leadership, staff training, scheduling, and performance. Conduct property inspections to ensure the community consistently meets luxury standards. Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, collections, and expense management. Coordinate with vendors, maintenance, and service providers to ensure quality and timely completion of work. Handle resident concerns and escalated issues with professionalism and discretion. Support resident retention, events, and community engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of property management, luxury residential, or hospitality experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail. Professional presence with a luxury hospitality mindset. Proficiency with property management software such as RealPage. (preferred)
