Private Residential Property | Oceanside, NY Seeking an experienced, hands-on Residential Superintendent for a private residence in Oceanside, NY. This is a live-out position for a reliable professional who takes pride in maintaining a property to the highest standards.

Must Have:

Proven experience as a Residential Superintendent Strong knowledge of residential property maintenance and upkeep Ability to coordinate and oversee outside vendors and contractors Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues Reliable, trustworthy, professional, and discreet Valid driver's license Must live within approximately 30 minutes of East Rockaway, NY Must be available for occasional emergencies or after-hours property issues

Responsibilities:

Daily oversight and upkeep of the residence and property Coordinate repairs, maintenance, landscaping, and other vendors Monitor and repair boiler, plumbing, electrical and other systems Maintain exterior areas and ensure the property is always presentable Handle routine maintenance and minor repairs when appropriate Receive deliveries and provide access to vendors and service professionals Maintain an organized maintenance schedule and report issues promptly Assist with special projects and seasonal property preparation
