$26.71 - $28.45
Position Overview:

You'll lead daily operations, ensure safety and cleanliness, train staff, and oversee personalized care plans-all while staying within budget and aligning with agency values. Collaborate with treatment teams and the Residential Nurse to deliver top-quality care and maintain medical protocols. Geneva, NY Schedule:

Responsibilities Supervises the daily functions of our beautiful residences inviting a strong positive culture to our staff and persons supported. Ensures compliance of several different functions of the residences. Works closely with the residence supervisor to ensure excellent services to the persons supported and staff. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services Field and over three (3) years of relevant experience including one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience.
