JOB DESCRIPTION

The Property Manager oversees all aspects of commercial properties management for all assigned properties.

DUTIES:

Oversee all aspects of repairs and maintenance for a portfolio of Commercial Properties Support onsite property staff who assist in coordinating all repairs and maintenance needs. Manage existing contractor relationships and solicit new contractors on an ongoing basis. Oversee all phases of projects from the bidding stage through completion. Ensure that all routine and contracted services have been provided adequately to all Commercial Properties. Controls expenditures by staying within the constraints of the approved budgets. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Commercial Property activities and attributes. Handle incoming tenant queries and triage efficiently. Work closely and communicate effectively with internal management and onsite property staff. Identifies areas for improvement and offers suggestions to improve the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the property. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of Commercial Real Estate property management or related experience Understanding of all building systems and repairs Customer service-focused Ability to supervise staff and make necessary management decisions on a timely basis. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to maintain multiple projects across multiple buildings.
