A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job description We are seeking to hire an experienced Property Manager to add to our amazing team.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Promote resident satisfaction by proving excellent customer service and addressing tenants concerns Ensuring the property is attractive and well maintained and that maintenance team are promptly addressing any maintenance issues resident service requests. Administer and supervise administrative and compliance functions, including adherence of resident's compliance to lease and house rules. Responsible for overseeing and tracking rental collections & arrears, and taking following up as needed in accordance with our guidelines. Oversee and Administer Occupancy waitlist and Unit turns. Conduct move out and move in inspections and assess apartment turnover needs to ensure a timely turnover schedule. Work with Asset Management team to address and operating issues and oversee contractors on any property upgrades and renovations.
Qualifications:
1 year experience as a Manager requried. Positive attitude to work with coworkers and tenants Good written and verbal communication skills Must be organized and detail oriented Establish and maintain a positive working atmosphere with the team. Experience with Property Management, HUD and LIHTC are beneficial.

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
