Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout the Capital Region, Hudson Valley, and Western Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who can manage multiple properties, support site teams, and maintain high standards across a regional portfolio.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential and commercial properties. Manage property staff, maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors. Monitor property performance, occupancy, budgeting, and tenant satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are operating efficiently and professionally. Assist with budgeting, reporting, capital improvement planning, and operational oversight. Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations. Respond to operational issues and support property teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of regional or multi-site property management experience preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Experience overseeing multiple locations or portfolios. Ability to travel throughout the region as needed. Familiarity with property management systems and reporting tools preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation:
