Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to lead operations at The Court Square Hotel. The Dutch Hotel offers guests a premium hospitality experience with convenient access to Manhattan and key New York City attractions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in hotel or property management, capable of driving operational excellence while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee all aspects of property operations — from team leadership and vendor coordination to budget management and regulatory compliance. The candidate must hold a valid FLSD (Fire and Life Safety Director) Certification , which is a mandatory requirement for this position. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day hotel and property operations Lead, manage, and develop on-site teams to ensure high performance and service excellence Ensure an outstanding guest experience and maintain hospitality standards Coordinate property maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor management Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational performance Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements Experience Proven experience in hotel or property management Strong team handling and leadership experience FLSD (Fire and Life Safety Director) Certification is mandatory — candidates without this certification will not be considered Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
