A north shore property is looking for an experienced professional to help maintain their large estate. We are looking for an individual with experience managing and performing hands-on UHNW estate house maintenance, landscaping, and other projects. You will join a team of experienced groundskeepers who report to the Property Manager.

• This position will be overseeing the maintenance of 2-3 properties. Completing daily and weekly checks of those houses and systems, as well as assisting with the other properties as needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find solutions quickly.
• One of the properties you will be managing is going through renovations over the next few years. You would not be the overall project manager, but light project management will be required.
• Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Rotating weekend on-call schedule every fourth weekend.
• Available for weekend snow removal.
• PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401k with match, and Christmas bonus after 90 day standard probationary period.
• $70-80k salary to start depending on experience.
• Prior estate experience a major plus.
• Vendor management experience ideal.
• Landscaping experience ideal.
• Training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or construction ideal.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background and drug test.
• Must have valid Driver's License and transportation to work.
• Candidates local to Oyster Bay preferred.

Pay:

$70,000.00
