Assistant Residence Supervisor Location:

Long Island, NY Schedule:

Full-Time (flexibility required — days, evenings, weekends, overnights)

What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day leadership to Direct Care Counselors, Cook, and Maintenance staff Coordinate staffing needs, schedules, payroll, and emergency coverage Support hiring, onboarding, staff training, performance feedback, and disciplinary processes Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant residence aligned with agency standards Deliver hands-on support and oversee implementation of individualized treatment plans Plan and coordinate meaningful community outings and recreational activities (3x weekly per individual) Maintain accurate records, financial ledgers, and vendor documentation Serve as the point of contact when the Residence Supervisor is away; collaborate with the

High School Diploma required (Associate's in Health or Human Services preferred) 2+ years of supervisory experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred 2+ years of experience in a residential or social service setting Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights Valid NYS Driver's License #
