We are currently hiring for a Temporary Assistant Community Manager in Rochester, NY. Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm $20-$25/hr depending on experience The Assistant Community Manager will be responsible for compliance administration for housing programs, lease renewals, recertifications, interims, move-ins/move-outs, weekly vacancy reports and providing support/back-up for the Community Manager. Will work to minimize vacancies, quickly lease apartments, promote good working resident and public relations, assure program compliance and perform clerical duties as required.
Requirements:
2+ years prior affordable housing apartment leasing experience preferred Strong Compliance experience with Fair Housing, Low-Income Tax Credit, including prior experience on recertifications, lease renewals, managing vacancies. Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook); accurate data entry skills. Yardi Voyager software skills preferred, or other housing software programs needed.
