As a Security Officer , you will be held to above-quality standards as a server of our surrounding communities. Being a Security Officer , you must attain exceptional customer service skills, while striding in your confident presence with our clients. You must also have the ability to provide access control, handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly, effectively, and efficiently. As a Security Officer at this location the primary responsibilities of the post are access control, visitor and vendor management, package notification, documentation, and prompt communication of incidents or concerns. Officers are expected to become familiar with the property, residents, approved vendors, management procedures. As a talented team member, you will command a high-standing presence when posted at our sites. Some of the other duties include but are not limited to the responsibilities listed below. We are looking for Security Officers to maintain safety and order in a gated community.

Responsibilities:

Remain courteous and professional while enforcing all access-control procedures visitors / vendors entering and leaving the community. Officers are responsible for controlling and documenting access for visitors, guests, vendors, contractors, delivery personnel, and other non-residents. All vendors and contractors entering the property must be properly logged. Officers should document the vendor/company. When packages are received for residents, officers will utilize the provided link to notify residents that a package has arrived. Officers must maintain a detailed Daily Activity Report/log throughout their shift and document significant activity as it occurs. Officers must promptly communicate significant incidents, security concerns, or unusual activity to the appropriate site management contact and Elite Investigations management.

Qualifications:

Must have an active NYS Security License 1-year security experience MUST be able to work weekends Working one-weekend shift is a

Part-time & Full-time positions available for the following shifts: 0000x0800 hrs 0800x1600 hrs 1600x0000 hrs Weekends required

Compensation:

Compensation for this role is determined by position title, experience and location. The pay rates are not subject to negotiation.
