May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

Job Description
This is a critical role where you woiuld provide direct support to survivors of sex and labor trafficking, often at the intersection of domestic and sexual violence. You'll connect clients to services, foster community relationships, and lead awareness initiativesall with a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach.
Sign on bonus may applyKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of our Human Trafficking Program. Provide intensive case management and crisis support to survivors. Provide holistic, trauma informed and culturally sensitive case management services. Act as a liaison between victims, providers and community members.
Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and community members.
Organize and facilitate community outreach, training, and education.
Plan and coordinate events that raise awareness and promote advocacy.
Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients and staff.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Services or related field and/or minimum of 3+ years of relevant Human Services experience Experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence or similar populations preferredPrior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsExperience with grant-funded programs and reporting a plusValid New York State Drivers License and reliable transportation required
