Secures premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment and access points. Investigates & reports security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behavior. Keeps accurate log of guests and vendors on site Provides the highest level of customer service to all residents, visitors, and personnel. Drives at the required speeds permitted to allow close observation and safety of residences, facilities, and parking lots Maintains the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
