Multifamily Property Manager Job Description:

A well-established multifamily residential property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who thrives in day-to-day property operations.

Requirements:

5+ years of property management experience (multifamily preferred) Familiarity with Section 8 / housing assistance programs Comfortable performing regular unit walk-throughs and inspections Experience showing available units to prospective residents Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine unit walk-throughs and move-in/move-out inspections Show vacant units to prospective tenants Manage Section 8 compliance, recertifications, and related paperwork Handle tenant relations, lease renewals, and day-to-day property operations Coordinate with maintenance staff/vendors as needed
