Our leadership doesn't manage from a distance - we are involved in the day-to-day so that we know our homes, our clients, their families, and our team. The Front Line Supervisor is the on-the-ground leader who keeps our homes running and our team supported. This role rotates daily between our residential sites to coach and develop Direct Support Professionals, build staff schedules, manage medications and client documentation, and make sure every home is safe, clean, and well-staffed. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations at group homes/shared living sites Supervise/train DSPs pn North Shore's procedures Manage DSP schedules and ensure appropriate staffing coverage across multiple locations Veryify proper documentation of services/individuals' financial records Share in on-call coverage - respond to calls, texts, and site emrgencies after hours and on some weekends. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 2+ years supervisory experience in an I/DD or residential setting; prior DSP experience required. Current Ohio

Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Anywhere, and scheduling softwares.
