Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing property management team. This position supports the daily operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily properties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and strong communication skills are essential. Responsibilities Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Communicate with vendors and contractors to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and projects. Receive, document, and manage tenant maintenance requests and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Prepare correspondence and maintain accurate records. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Prior experience in property management is a plus but not required. Applicants with a background in legal work, accounting, or bookkeeping are strongly encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications. Professional attitude with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
