Job Description

Overview The Community Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, property appearance, compliance coordination, financial administration, vendor management, and maintenance coordination of the assigned community. The Community Manager serves as the primary point of contact for residents, applicants, vendors, maintenance personnel, and company representatives and is expected to conduct all responsibilities with professionalism, honesty, integrity, transparency, and strict adherence to company policies, procedures, Fair Housing requirements, and applicable regulations. Daily attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position. Essential Standards & Expectations Maintain regular and dependable daily attendance. Conduct all business with professionalism, honesty, integrity, and transparency. Maintain professional business attire that is functional and modest. Workout clothing, including sweatpants, hoodies, yoga pants/leggings, crop tops, and similar attire, is not permitted. Clock in upon arrival and clock out when leaving. Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized office and community environment. Follow all company policies, procedures, Fair Housing requirements, compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
