A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

- 5,000/month + Performance Incentives Reports directly to Founder & CEO About Hawkvision Homes Hawkvision Homes is one of Cincinnati's fast-growing real estate investment and property management companies, with a portfolio of 100+ units across single-family homes, multifamily properties, retail, and commercial real estate.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage a diverse portfolio of 100+ single-family, multifamily, retail, and commercial units Lead leasing, showings, applicant screening, renewals, move-ins and move-outs Maintain strong knowledge and execution of Ohio landlord-tenant requirements and Fair Housing practices Drive rent collection, delinquency follow-up and lease compliance Coordinate maintenance and ensure resident issues are handled quickly and professionally Build and expand a reliable network of contractors, handymen, HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians and other vendors Negotiate with vendors and continuously improve cost, speed and quality Establish, document and improve property-management processes and SOPs Identify operational defects and develop systems that prevent problems from recurring Use technology, automation and AI to improve efficiency, communication and decision-making Track operational performance and recommend improvements as the portfolio grows Deliver an excellent resident experience while protecting the performance of our properties Who We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced operator and problem-solver—not simply someone who follows an existing checklist.The ideal candidate has:
5+ years of professional property management experience preferred Strong experience managing single-family and multifamily residential properties Experience with retail, commercial or mixed-use properties is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Ohio landlord-tenant practices and Fair Housing requirements Proven experience with leasing, tenant screening, collections and resident relations Experience building or improving property-management systems and processes Strong maintenance and vendor-management capabilities An existing local contractor/vendor network is a major advantage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable adopting new software, AI tools and automation Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to make decisions, solve problems independently and take ownership Most importantly, we want someone with a builder mentality —someone who sees an inefficient process and improves it rather than simply working around it. Compensation & Growth $3,600- 5,000 per month , depending on experience and capabilities, with the opportunity for performance-based incentives .
