Job Description As a Property Manager with our company, you will be part of a team responsible for a large portfolio in a high-volume property management organization. Responsibilities Work with accounting team to maintain rent rolls and bank balances Oversee maintenance coordinator to negotiate, and manage maintenance projects with vendors, owners and tenants Prepare and maintain Property Management Work Authorization forms Work with tenants with regards to the preparation of leases, as necessary Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanliness; address issues quickly to prevent escalation. Monitor proof of insurance for vendors, tenants, and owners Ability to oversee physical Inspection of properties Qualifications Experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of property leasing processes. Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, customer relationship management (CRM), and general administrative support is required. Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette skills; ability to handle conflict resolution professionally. Attention to detail and processes Able to complete projects of high difficulty with little supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in working with web-based software systems. Propertyware software experience A PLUS! Current real estate license or ability to obtain one within 6 months is a PLUS but not required. This franchise is independently owned and operated.
