Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

In this role, you will oversee the management of our portfolio, currently comprising 290 units, ensuring efficient operations, financial oversight, and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of property management operations. Compensation will include performance based bonus on top of the advertised pay rate. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all property assets, ensuring high standards of service and operational efficiency. Manage financial activities including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to support company growth and profitability. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance tenant satisfaction, and optimize resource utilization. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and maintain compliance with industry regulations. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property performance, tenant retention, and operational costs. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategic plans that align with the company's growth objectives. Ensure effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders such as vendors and tenants. Requirements Proven experience in operations management within the property management or real estate industry. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives that result in measurable efficiencies. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
