Key Responsibilities:

Assist with leasing activities, including property tours and resident communications Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and in person in a professional and timely manner Support marketing efforts to drive occupancy, including social media and outreach initiatives Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative tasks using property management software Collaborate with the team to ensure a high level of resident satisfaction Help coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and general leasing operations

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Ability to quickly learn property management software Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Preferred (Not Required): Experience in marketing or social media Background in the service industry Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant field.
