Smartland is looking for an experienced, results-driven Property Manager to lead a 120+ unit residential portfolio in Columbus, Ohio . This is a leadership position for someone who can drive strong occupancy, collections, resident satisfaction, and team performance while helping protect and grow the value of the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead and hold leasing and maintenance teams accountable Drive occupancy, leasing, and collections performance Oversee unit turns and maintenance operations Monitor KPIs, budgets, and financial performance Build strong resident relationships and improve retention Identify issues quickly and take action to improve results Qualifications 2+ years of multifamily property management experience Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience managing leasing and maintenance teams Strong understanding of budgets, KPIs, and property performance Organized, decisive, and results-oriented Schedule Monday-Friday | Occasional evenings/weekends Compensation $80,000 base salary Performance incentives bringing total compensation up to and over $100,000 If you're an experienced property management leader ready to take ownership of a growing portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.
