Pay Rate:

$60,000

•$65,000/year (based on experience and qualifications), commissions, and bonuses

Who You Are:

You are an experienced Property Manager with at least 2 years of management experience of a residential multifamily apartment community (multi-site experience preferred). LIHTC experience required. You understand that excellent customer service is paramount when collaborating with our residents, prospects, and vendors. You use outstanding people skills with your team and your residents through excellent verbal communication, MS Office products, Yardi software, and social media business use. You have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and auto-insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position. What You Will Do as a

Property Manager:

Direct the operational activities of multiple residential multifamily communities to maximize the financial return for the owners and for the benefit of the communities. Direct the day-to-day activities of maintenance, leasing, landscaping, marketing, safety, and security. Obtain bids as needed and oversee the purchase of supplies and equipment.
