Job Description

Assistant Property Manager (Part Time) Simco Management is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Colony/Penngrove apartment community located in Grove City. This opportunity is part-time; 2-3 days per week which includes some Saturdays and on-call responsibilities. We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service and the overall ability to effectively deal with our residents, our prospects, and the daily needs of the property. The selected candidate should have prior office skills and must live within a 10-15-minute response time of the property on Carrie Way in Grove City.
