May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

In this role, you will be the key point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence occupancy rates, foster positive tenant relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our property. The position offers excellent hourly pay, plus commissions. Duties Manage the full leasing cycle, including conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and securing signed agreements Utilize Yardi and EliseAI software to input data accurately, track leads, and generate reports Screen prospective tenants thoroughly by verifying income, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws Handle conflict management effectively by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally Maintain organized filing systems for lease documents, legal paperwork, and correspondence in accordance with company policies Requirements Proven experience in property leasing, property management or real estate administrative roles Proficiency in Yardi software Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective phone etiquette and negotiation abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including data entry, filing, lease review, and conflict resolution Join us as a Leasing Specialist where your proactive approach and passion will make a meaningful impact.
