What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property or portfolio, ensuring a well-maintained, safe, and welcoming community for residents/tenants Manage leasing activities, renewals, and resident/tenant relations Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to address service requests and capital projects Manage property budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and company policies Conduct property inspections and support marketing/occupancy goals What We're Looking For Prior property management experience (multifamily preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Working knowledge of fair housing regulations Proficiency with property management software (we use ADP/industry-standard platforms) A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and genuine care for the communities you manage Why GLR Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance reimbursement, dental & vision coverage, employer-paid life insurance Paid time off and company holidays Supportive, close-knit team culture with real opportunity for growth About GLR Companies GLR Companies, Inc. is a full-service, third-party property management firm headquartered in Northeast Ohio.
