Macarthur Park is a family-oriented community with 85-units, blending Section 8 HUD and LIHTC housing. This is an exciting opportunity for a property management professional who is passionate about affordable housing, enjoys leading day-to-day operations, and is committed to providing exceptional service to residents. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Project-Based Section 8 and LIHTC programs, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Oversee the daily operations of the community while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
