Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Residential House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our assisted living and long-term care facility during the second shift, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., including every other weekend. This energetic leader will ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care, maintain compliance with health regulations, and foster a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff alike. The ideal candidate will possess extensive management experience in senior care settings, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and be committed to upholding residents' rights and dignity. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the care team during the second shift, ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards Oversee medication administration, resident safety protocols, and emergency procedures to maintain a secure environment Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including those with dementia or memory impairments Ensure compliance with long-term care regulations, health policies, and licensing requirements through regular audits and staff training Manage operational tasks such as staffing schedules, budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize facility efficiency Lead staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and competent team Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, incident reports, medication logs, and regulatory compliance Requirements Proven experience in nursing home administration or senior living facility management with a focus on long-term or assisted living environments Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care practices, and residents' rights Familiarity with healthcare financial management, budgeting, and operational oversight within a residential care setting Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or home & community care settings Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities and health regulation policies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes Background working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities services experience is a plus Ability to handle medication administration accurately and responsibly while maintaining compliance standards Join us as a Residential House Manager where your leadership will directly impact residents' well-being!
