Job Description
We are seeking a Youth Residential Supervisor!! Nelsonville, OH Join our team! Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services

Non-Licensed:
$48,596.66- $58,451.
Dependently Licensed:
$52,609.67- $63,282.
Essential Functions:
Assists in the oversight of the program, ensuring delivery of high-quality therapeutic services to youth. Supports the planning, development, and implementation of the daily routine and schedule of activities. Develops relationships with each client to promote healthy growth and development. Responds to resident and staff concerns. Delegates and assigns work to residential behavioral health staff, interns, and program volunteers, delegating appropriate levels of autonomy while maintaining adequate supervision and support. Maintains full compliance with MHCY policies and procedures as well as Federal and State laws and regulatory compliance with all applicable agencies, governing or accrediting bodies. Ensures that staff complete and document assessments and participate in the development of treatment goals and methods of youth on an ongoing basis. Provides routine support and assistance to staff through individual and group meetings. Evaluates performance of staff members and recommends appropriate action to the manager. Participates in the review and selection of new staff, including but not limited to completion of position requisitions, applicant reviews, and interviews. Responsible for implementation and oversight of organizational policies, procedures, and/or processes. Trains new employees in areas such as organizational policy, procedures, and organizational or governmental regulations. Performs other duties as assigned. Performs all duties of a residential direct care staff as needed. Sets a good safety example for the department and the agency. Travel within designated service area Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licensure:
A high school degree or GED equivalent is required Licensed in Social Work, Clinical Counseling or Couple and Family Therapy preferred.Experience:
Experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting preferred. One year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role required.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Advanced communication skills, both oral and written is required Advanced organizational skills are required Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required Ability to maintain confidential information is required Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance requirements is required A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection is requiredPhysical Requirements:
