May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Regional Property Supervisor Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a subsidized housing community in the Columbus area. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all housing program regulations, maintain high occupancy standards, and provide excellent customer service to residents. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of subsidized housing properties, ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and other applicable housing program requirements. Manage tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, move-ins, and move-outs. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations. Process applications, verify income and eligibility, and maintain accurate resident files. Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep. Prepare and manage annual budgets, track expenses, and monitor rent collections. Maintain compliance documentation, monthly reporting, and audit readiness. Address resident concerns promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively with regional management, accounting, and compliance teams. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in subsidized or affordable housing. Strong knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, or other affordable housing program regulations. Proficient with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
