Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a thriving residential community. You'll have the support of regional leadership while being empowered to make decisions that positively impact your community, your team, and your residents. What You'll Do Lead the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring strong financial and operational performance. Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team. Drive occupancy through resident retention, exceptional customer service, and collaboration with the onsite sales team. Prepare and manage operating budgets while monitoring expenses and maximizing NOI. Review collections, delinquency, and monthly financial reports to ensure community goals are achieved. Maintain strong curb appeal through regular property inspections and vendor management. Coordinate maintenance operations, capital improvement projects, and home readiness. Build positive relationships with residents by resolving concerns quickly and creating an outstanding living experience. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvements and continued community success. What We're Looking For 3+ years of Property Management experience leading a multifamily community. Strong leadership experience managing office and maintenance teams. Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, collections, occupancy, and resident retention. Proven ability to manage vendors, capital projects, and day-to-day operations. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management best practices. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Experience with property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus). High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. #

$53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
