Accepting applications As a Community Manager II, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential community, lead your onsite team, build strong resident relationships, and help drive occupancy, collections, and sales. You will be responsible for making sure the community is financially successful, well-maintained, and a great place for residents to call home. What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and motivate the onsite team
Create a positive and accountable team environment
Oversee daily community operations
Build strong relationships with residents and respond to concerns quickly and professionally
Drive occupancy, renewals, collections, leasing, and sales
Monitor rent collection, resident accounts, and delinquency
Manage vendors, expenses, budgets, and community resources
Track financial performance and work toward NOI goals
Ensure the property, amenities, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Oversee work orders and ensure resident needs are addressed in a timely manner
Support renovations, capital projects, and property improvements
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and applicable regulations
Follow company policies, procedures, and operating standards
Communicate regularly with residents, employees, vendors, and leadership
What You Bring
3+ years of property management experience
Multifamily or residential property management experience preferred
Experience leading or supervising a team
Strong customer service and resident relations skills
Experience with occupancy, leasing, collections, and property operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
