Residential Youth Operations Manager Full-Time | $56,500/year | On-Call as Needed Make a Difference Every Day with ViaQuest Residential Services At ViaQuest Residential Services , we are passionate about empowering youth with developmental disabilities to live meaningful, supported lives in their homes and communities. What You'll Do As a Residential Youth Operations Manager , you'll play a critical leadership role in ensuring high-quality care and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Program Leadership:
Oversee the full system of supports and services for youth in residential settings
Team Management:
Lead, coach, and support staff while coordinating effective service delivery
Collaboration:
Ensure service teams are aligned, engaged, and communicating efficiently
Financial Oversight:
Manage program budgets and ensure responsible resource utilization
Quality Assurance:
Maintain compliance while continuously improving care standards ✅ What You Bring We're looking for a compassionate and experienced leader who meets the following qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 additional years of I/DD or Multi-System Youth experience
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in Residential Youth or Adult I/O Waiver services At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Other Requirements:
