Job Title:

Leasing Manager

•-- Job Summary The Cove at Woodmark is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and sales-focused Leasing Manager / Assistant Property Manager to oversee our new 104-unit luxury apartment community. This role primarily focuses on leasing and sales activities, ensuring effective communication with prospective residents and maintaining high occupancy levels. The Leasing Manager will also support various property operations, including rent collection, resident relations, and general property management tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and experience with property management tools and regulations.

•-- Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from leads via telephone, email, online platforms, and walk-ins to convert interest into lease agreements. Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present suitable leasing options. Utilize property management tools to track leads, lease status, resident accounts, and work-order coordination. Support rent collection processes and maintain accurate resident accounts. Conduct move-in orientations for new residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the community. Assist with social media outreach to promote the community and attract prospective tenants. Coordinate work orders and collaborate with maintenance teams to address resident requests efficiently. Uphold Fair Housing regulations in all leasing activities to ensure non-discriminatory practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally. Support general property operations as needed to maintain a positive living environment for residents.

•-- Skills Proven experience in property management or leasing roles within a property management company. Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate benefits of the community to prospective residents. Excellent client communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport and close leases. Familiarity with property management software and tools for lead tracking, lease management, and resident accounts. Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor. Knowledge of lease or rental agreement management processes.

Pay:

$68,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
