What You'll Do Execute various administrative functions including but not limited to: Performing unit inspections Assist with move out documentation Walk vacant units Entering the system and tracking maintenance work orders. Processing all accounts payable documentation. Preparation and distribution of various community notices. Perform other related duties as assigned.What We're Looking For Experience:
1+ year previous experience as a residential property manager, with HUD / Section 8 experience a big plus. Or, 3 years previous experience in a general manager position, or similar, with exceptional people leadership and process management experience.Education:
High School diploma, or associate's degree is a big plus. HavingCOS, LIHTC, HCCP, AHM
is a plus- you will be given the chance to obtain as an associate.

You're deadline driven, with a keen eye for detail, compliance, and quality.Technically Savvy:
You have great computer skills and fluent with Microsoft Office suite, and experience with Yardi is a big plus.
